Azell Legacy Homes works with professionals and community organizations seeking affordable shared-housing options for independent adults. We welcome referrals from case managers, social service agencies, reentry programs, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, veteran resources, workforce programs, and other community partners.

Referral conversations and consultations are by appointment.

Before Making a Referral

Help us determine whether shared housing may be a good fit.

Independent Living

The prospective resident should be able to manage their daily personal needs without on-site care or supervision.

Financial Readiness

The prospective resident should have a reliable source of income or an established means of meeting housing costs.

Shared-Living Readiness

The prospective resident should be willing and able to follow house guidelines and live respectfully with others.
