Azell Legacy Homes was founded on a simple belief: stable housing should be within reach. As housing costs continue to rise, many adults find themselves caught in the gap. They may be employed, retired, receiving fixed income, or otherwise capable of living independently, yet the cost of maintaining a traditional rental on their own can be overwhelming. Azell Legacy Homes seeks to provide another option through affordable shared living designed around independence, dignity, respect, and personal responsibility.

Why We Exist
The gap between income and housing is growing.
Having an income doesn't always mean being able to afford a home. For many adults, rent, utilities, deposits, and other household expenses make living alone increasingly difficult. Working adults, retirees, and individuals living on fixed incomes may earn enough to live independently but still struggle with the cost of maintaining a traditional rental. Azell Legacy Homes was created to offer another path: Shared housing that helps make the cost of having a stable place to live more manageable.
